Claudius Möller

Claudius Möller was born in 1979 in a small town in Hesse and has lived in Upper Bavaria for many years. After various stops in the USA, Hungary, Switzerland, England and other exciting countries, he now lives in his dream home – in the middle of the beautiful Fünf-Seen-Land region. Claudius Möller has a background in hotel management and the sale of products and services for the top international hotel industry. This also included the project management of new hotel buildings, where he discovered his passion for the real estate industry. A few years ago, he seized his opportunity and followed his true calling. He trained as a “Real Estate Agent IHK” and worked for a well-known real estate company as a successful real estate consultant in the Fünf-Seen-Land region. Since May 2024, he has been the founder and office owner of “RE/MAX Immobilienpartner” in Herrsching am Ammersee and looks after his clients and colleagues with great sensitivity and expertise.
Irina Aigner
Self-employed real estate agent / Certified real estate expert (IHK) / Expert for real estate valuation European Institute for Experts FIB / Construction manager and expert for building damage and construction defects (TÜV)
Irina Aigner was born in southern Kazakhstan and grew up in a small village in Siberia. She learned early on what it means to take on challenges and seize opportunities. In Krasnoyarsk, she started her career in one of the region’s leading real estate companies and worked her way up to branch manager. There she was responsible for a team of twelve employees and managed numerous complex real estate transactions – with success and passion.
After moving to Germany, she quickly built a new life for herself – with a clear goal in mind: to combine her international experience with sound German expertise. She completed several specialist training courses, including Certified Real Estate Specialist (IHK), Expert for Real Estate Valuation (FIB) and Expert for Building Damage (TÜV).
Today, she lives in the beautiful Fünf-Seen-Land region in Upper Bavaria and brings her extensive expertise to her independent work as a real estate agent and property valuation expert. With a lot of heart, mind and vision, she accompanies her clients in their real estate decisions – honestly, professionally and personally.
